4-H Clinics

Please sign up for the clinics, leveling days, and vaccination clinics!

The Adams County Horse Committee offers a large variety of clinics and riding opportunities each year, in all disciplines.

Monday & Wednesday night clinics and ride nights:
Throughout the summer, there may be clinicians brought in on Monday or Wednesday nights to help riders work on their skills.  These clinics will include a wide range of variety, including Showmanship, Horsemanship, Equitation, Jumping, Ranch and Cattle, Gymkhana, and much more!  The clinics are an opportunity to ride with an expert for a nominal charge.  Most Mondays will be a drop in basis where someone will be available to answer your questions and help you on whatever area you need most help.  This means that you may show up tacked up for the discipline you prefer (English or Western).  On other nights, we will have a specific topic (such as Showmanship) and you will have to sign up for a specific time slot.  Unless otherwise stated, there will be a portion of the arena available for 4-H members only open riding (for those not wanting the clinic opportunity).

Clinic Dates:  Contact Holly Sheldon for additional information at (303) 501-4074
NOTES - this information and dates are subject to change, clinics are for Adams County 4-H Leaders and Members only, HELMETS REQUIRED.
